As of April 2021, we have employees located in 9 states and growing. We don't let borders prevent us from hiring the best people around, and that will never change. We believe employees should be able to live where they choose.

It all starts with a simple survey during the employee onboarding process. We ask them about what holidays and regional/national remembrance events are important to them. From there, we begin to weave their distinctiveness into the fabric of Funnel IQ. From updates to our corporate paid holiday policy to a review of important historical events we celebrate, such as Black History Month and Native American Day, we literally build our culture around our employees and what's important to them. We wouldn't have it any other way.
